A 2-week guided journey to reset your body, align your soul, clear your energy and find and fuel your purpose. This group experience will inspire and teach you how to detox on all levels of your being – the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects in addition to detoxifying the body.
How it Works:
We begin on Friday, January 6 (also the full moon) with a home-cooked Epiphany detox feast and opening ceremony at a private location in Fox Chapel, PA.
For the next 2+ weeks you set your personal intentions and boundaries for each level of your detox. I provide daily support, recipes, practices, guidance and further recommendations.
Every other day, I provide a simple 10-min energy clearing practice based on the seven chakras. One chakra at a time we will work our way up the body from earth to heaven, clearing and realigning your energy body, which creates a new template for your 2023 self. You’ll receive a link to watch a simple, short demonstration video made by yours truly. These short video practices will include meditation, energy work, affirmations and other mind body modalities.
Throughout the journey, you’ll have an online detox handbook with all details, dates, instructions, program schedule, links for energy practice videos, personal reflections, recipes, suggested tools such as essential oils, crystals etc. and all other relevant info.
You’ll have access to our private detox group to share stories, resources and offer/receive support.
We close on Sunday, January 22 (also the new moon) with a detoxifying somatic workshop – 90 minutes of yoga + Qi Gong + breath work + sound + intuitive movement plus an optional final celebration.

If you are not in Pittsburgh and would like to participate online only (without the Epiphany dinner or final class) your cost is $175. You still receive a recorded version of the opening and closing ceremonies. You’ll have access to this experience forever so you can repeat as often as you’d like.
