
Boundaries are the first step to feeling more energized, alive and clear. And who doesn’t want to feel more like that?! When we feel energized, alive and clear, we can accomplish so much more in much less time. Read that again…yes, it’s possible!
In this post, I introduce the first of five simple practices on boundaries; practices that will to shift you from overwhelmed to empowered.
First and foremost, you are comprised entirely of energy and this matters. The quality of your energy can either make your immune system tip top or super vulnerable. There are simple ways to work with your energy that can have a huge impact on your daily life.
One of your primary energy systems is your aura, or biosphere, which is affected by every person, place and emotional response you experience each and every day. When we are sick, our auras are automatically compromised as well as when we don’t get enough sleep!
This is a basic practice to help clear and protect your field aka aura. Do this ideally, at the beginning and end of each day.
Boundaries Practice – Clearing & Protecting Your Field
With your eyes closed, visualize a healing light radiating from your hands. During a big exhale, sweep your hands down and off your body and use that light to fill your auric space. Seal your aura, your energetic boundary, with a protective essential oil such as sandalwood, juniper berry, geranium, frankincense, cedarwood or copal…OR the Boundaries Spray, which is alchemically made from many of these oils and is a part of the Magdalene Box.
